    Healthy Vegetarian Recipes by Cooking Method

    If you looking to master a particular cooking technique, this is a great page to pick vegetarian recipes based on the cooking method. I have posted recipes that use a variety of cooking methods including baking, sauteing, pressure cooking, air-frying, pan-frying, grilling, and roasting, etc. You'll even find a few recipes that do not require any heat-based cooking techniques.

    Some of the recipes can be made using different cooking techniques, depending on equipment availability and comfort. Hence, many of the recipes have two or three separate sets of instructions, depending on the cooking technique you want to use.
