Vegetarian Pressure Cooking Recipes
Pressure Cooking has been a popular cooking method in Indian cooking for many years. I saw my mom using a pressure cooker for as long as I can remember. However, the new electric programable and automated pressure cookers have really taken it to the next level.
These electric pressure cookers sometimes referred to as Instant Pots, are now a kitchen essential and everybody's favorite. I am no different. There are lots of options to choose from including one-pot meals, desserts, authentic Indian cuisine recipes, and even some new-age recipes. Try out a few and please leave your comments.
