    Steamed Vegetarian Recipes

    Several Indian cuisine delicacies use steam cooking as one of the means of cooking. Most rice recipes and dhokla recipes use some form of steam cooking. Most people use their pressure cooker or a covered pan to steam cooking depending on the recipe.

    One of the main advantages of steam cooking is that it preserves the food nutrients while also retaining the texture, color, and flavors. I have several favorites in this category, but check out the dhokla recipes.
