    Low Sugar Vegetarian Recipes

    Not everybody needs to go sugar-free. In-fact if we just limit the added sugar to our recipes and focus on using less starchy ingredients, that alone can significantly reduce the overall sugar intake. These low vegetarian sugar recipes are rich in protein, fiber and other essential nutrients.
