    Gluten Free Vegetarian Recipes

    A gluten free diet is becoming increasingly popular to help manage symptoms of celiac disease and other medical conditions. Gluten can be found in mainly wheat, barley  and products made from these grain derivatives, such as pasta, cookies, cakes, breads and other items. Fortunately, there are plenty of vegetables, fruits, spices, certain grains, lentils, beans, millets etc. that are gluten free. Hence, as a vegetarian you have plenty of choices to choose from when it comes to gluten free vegetarian recipes.
