Hosted the first Indian Culinary Exprience session with a group of five lovely ladies. This session introduced participants to Indian HOME kitchen fundamentals, common spices and some techniques used in Indian cooking. We cooked and shared a light casual North Indian meal. It was a fun morning sharing recipes and cooking in my home. They also took home a pre-made ingredient kit of one of the recipe to try it out by themselves. I look forward to hosting many more of such culinary experience to showcase the wonderful aromatic flavors of India. Below are some pictures from the session.
